Responsibility is to enhance business in Agency/Tied channel through efficient handling of Branch. Managing a team of Sales Managers and BAs to ensure accurate functioning of Operations & Branch activities.
Responsibilities and Duties
• Handling the Branch and Sales team i.e. FLS (Front Line Sales)
• To develop the agency channel in the branch and complete the targets
• Skills to identify potential customers
• Driving business of Life Insurance
• Responsible for recruitment & training of FLS
• Ensuring compliance on all branch activities

• Good in Networking & Relationship building
• Candidate Should be local and having experience of LI agency
• Minimum experience in Life Agency is approx. 6-8 years
• Preferred candidate with good stability
